Navigating to the hotel could be less frustrating!!! Parking fees are a bit outrageous for the location!!! The evening menu is limited and could use improvement!!! Housekeeping needs to address cleanliness standards!!!

Just a top selection for an overnight stay in Leeds with high value for money. The breakfast surprised me with delicious choices like eggs and bacon. Make sure to try the coffee at breakfast.

missingWrote a review on 04 Octconvenient locationaffordable parkingcold room
The location offers easy access to local attractions, making it convenient for tourists. The parking rate is fairly priced at £6 overnight, which is decent for a city stay.
Had some issues with temperature in the room. it always felt cold upon returning in the evening, despite the electric heater from reception. Breakfast selection lacked variety, with limited hot options and poorly executed orange juice. Made it hard to enjoy the start of the day. I also noticed noise from the main road, even on the 7th floor, which detracted from the otherwise quiet vibe expected from a hotel. A bit of attention to the room maintenance and amenities would go a long way.

Had a blast with my friends! We visited the nearby nature trails and checked out the Emmerdale Studio tour, both just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious, comfy, and clean. Breakfast was included and had a good range, though it got busy. Parking was affordable at £6 overnight. Definitely a place to stay again!
Only downside was a few stains on the linen in our room, which was a bit off-putting, but didn't ruin our stay.

The room was comfy and spacious, in a quiet area for a city center hotel. The bed felt nice, and everything was clean. The heater was a bit noisy, though, which was annoying at times. Good blackout curtains helped with sleep, but the pillows were a bit hard for my liking. decent vibes in there!

I had a comfortable stay here. The check-in was quick, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and had good air conditioning, making it a relief during the hot summer days. The shower was lovely with decent pressure, and I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast had a good variety, with plenty of options available. it did get busy in the mornings, and I noticed some items ran out quickly. One downside was parking. it was a bit tricky to navigate, and while the fee was reasonable, it would have helped if the signage was clearer.

A one-night stay was perfect for attending a nearby concert. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good car park and a handy shop outside. Enjoyed the wide breakfast choices and the option for snacks in the foyer. Special mention to friendly staff, especially Brandon, who exceeded our expectations at the bar and upon arrival.

Perfect spot for visiting family
Had a good stay for six nights. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Location is a major win since it's just a short walk to my daughter's uni. The lounge was nice and chill, great for relaxing. Only thing was the breakfast coffee was really not great, and that was a bummer.

I had a great time during my stay, with incredibly welcoming staff who ensured a smooth check-in and provided useful local recommendations. The room was spacious and very clean, featuring a large shower and comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the fantastic breakfast variety that included both hot and cold options. One area for improvement could be the kitchen staff’s response time when busy during breakfast hours.
